Eclectic Kellyville House

The beautiful home was styled, retaining many existing décor pieces with a vision to sell immediately. Eclectic Interiors did suit well as it’s a style that artfully mixes elements from multiple design paradigms. The result was a cohesive space with a mix of furnishings and décor items from various styles. We used accents of bright colours and neutral wallpapers, which can appeal to many buyers when the intention is to sell. This home had furniture that ranged from modern, contemporary yet minimal, with a bit of glam in decorations. A variety of materials, textures and patterns were used in the overall design scheme. The key to this look was to present this house with a fresh new look using a wide range of patterned cushions, velvets, rugs and artworks.  We were thrilled to see that it attracted many buyers and was sold on the very first day.
